Unfortunately it's the way things have gone sine 2010, AS10 is one of the few stoppers that still mitt have DCM in it, maybe at a reduced level these days, and is a banned chemical to the general public and some trades. The water based one should be close to AS10. Let me know how you get on.

roger slightly off topic but have you come across this

Adhesive Remover 510 I saw some painters using this last week and crikey it was like the old nitromorse

they painted it on the windows and the paint just bubble and rolled off like the old days

2 part stripper the bulk is like wallpaper paste the smaller bit was formic acid I believe

No I haven't heard of these, had a look at their web-site, they have some interesting stuff will see if I can get a few samples.
