average months rent for a 3 bed house round here is £750 PCM

I have friends from southport and know it is the posh bit of merseyside but I guess rent is less in the northwest as a whole

the bods you speak of lemoncurd and I know you mean nothing by it get 60 in the hand round here

I would love to earn 50-60 a metre profit but it isnt happening anytime soon :laugh:

wow the building materials your end are far more than what they are in the north west , prices here are very much in line with prices in lemoncurds neck of the woods, funny enough i live in southport and rental price for average 3 bed semi will be around thee £650 mark,

These skilled men on £150 are they self-employed, own business, own van, own tools etc, the type you hire occasionally to do a roof or something. Or are they employed at those rates, if so I'm moving to Luton
