They appear good. They even add steel reinforcement (a good specification) which I have never come across among UK PIC installers. However, they do not appear to be a limited company and I can see no evidence of them being VAT registered from their website. I would presume it is run as a sole trader. You might want to check they are well insured before you let them loose on your house.

they might not put the VAT number on the website to avoid copycats using it,this has happened to me so i only have it on invoices now ,never on quotes
obviosly best bet is to go along on a job they are doing now
i had a guy recently asked me "how long have you been doing building work?"
he was an arrogant a***hole so i said " what time is it?"
he says "ah a comedian, eh?" and i say" you wont be laffing when you see the price!"
people sometimes dont understand that i and other i know in the game will walk away from a snotty type of person,i dont care what car they have,or how many million they have
if they have no manners then i'm not interested, go look in the yellow pages under "peasants serfs and slaves" for servile and obsequieous builders.
oh yes, and to anyone who thinks that the builder does marriage guidance ,wrong,we dont do that either....
