Thats a good point :) she cant get in toutch with him but her son in law is trying ive told her to keep trying to i didnt go there to look at it as such just to cut her lawn but i thought id get the pics an see what you all thought in the mean time ive also said ill leave it a week before i re lay that 1 slab to give him a chance to but shes also worried about moaning to him to much cos shes an old woman an on her own

she can't get in touch with him, blimey how has she managed to pay his invoice then ?

do you know Michael, its easier to do the job correctly in the first place than to leave that type of mess on someones home, well thats the case from where I am sitting anyway

she hasnt got an invoice or any proof at all she paid anything :( she knows shes been daft but its to late now

yeah i know its easyer to do it right you would have thought it would have at least appeared level slab to slab wouldnt you
even when the pikeys do a drive it lasts a couple of weeks !

I see this kind of work all the time in luton
an elderly person pays some clown who chaps the door £300 to "lay" a new patio
and this is the result
problem is that most times they cannot afford to have it done properly in the first instance ,so that when you get the call its heart rendering,
but other than rip it all out and start afresh what can you do?
