Checked out some refernces give and he was a member of the federation of master builders . He also talked a good build and tied up with all other bulders/quoted received .Just when he came to do the job it all fell apart. According to Trading standards we have to let him rectify the work . What sort of Job is he going to do next time!!

you have to let him resolve his mistake, but if he fails to do it right, then you can get him to pay for it to be put right, unfortunaely its your time he is wasting!
