Paving laid ontop of a lawn? help!! - Need advise for paving on top of lawn

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

Is it possible to have 'sticky' threads with this forum? If so, perhaps there could be one entitled "Laying a patio for the first time? Help here..." with links to the main site.

I wanted to help this fella but after three suggestions that he read the main site he obviously still hadn't.
