the *sea horse* is bubble and squeak :)
I had a traditional,2 eggs,2 black pudding,2 bacon,2 toast, 1 butchers sausage (whatever that means?)bubble and squeak,beans,tomatoes and a mug of tea

my mate had a small breakfast(with a bigger sausage),and the other fella had a traditional too
I have bought the previous 2 brekkies (rolls, pies etc) so paul volunteered for this one
cost him £20.55 for 3 of us
good food though and very clean
we were all nearly asleep driving to shillington afterwards
big meal knocks me for six now days
LLL :)

as a northerner living down south, have to say you cant beat a bit of bubble on your brekkie. the king of breakfast awards goes to www.uplandsdiner.co.uk in haggis land ,have a look at the mega beast brekkie

proper bubble is only potato and cabbage
it used to be yesterdays leftovers cooked at breakfast
a lot of places now have some generic frozen crap with carrots in it
that isnt bubble
got to be potato and cabbage
delicious

That breakfast is heart attack on a plate. Must be an unhealthy amount of cholestral in that, i'll stick to my porridge and fruit :)

the mega beast is a little bit silly
i notice they dont do eggs benedict,my favourite breakfast but 1 thats is sure to give you the 2 bob bits, raw egg mixed with cooked egg :(
I think the thing is all things in moderation
I try and mix and match what i eat as much as possible
having said that had lunch at oslo court in st johns wood today, could hardly walk after
cheers LLL :)
