My dads just bought ronan atkinsons old Lexus 600, thought his a8 4.2 was on big wheels with the s line but these Lexus ones are huge needed 4 tyres at £325 each.
Lexus have a wheel trade in though you can get spanking new alloys for £80 each, refurb lads wanted £120 each!

Same. Would be too worried to have a nice car in Edinburgh, the roads are in such a sh*t state and too many a*seholes about who will smash it or key it.

A large slow van and a small fast motorbike, that's my combo. One for practicality one for thrills, hell of a lot cheaper to have a bike as a second vehicle too.
Super quick sports bike, 98 quid insurance? yes please.

Motorbikes arent really my thing, my plan is to get a SWB Transit RWD, T330, 140ps on a 58 reg....to tow my trailer with and keep my gear in etc, the navara is gash, put a new wheel bearing, rear brake shoes, two new tyres, wiring loom last week, i reckon i spend around £500.00 a month.....at least, on parts alone repairing it.
Rear diff is on its way out now ffs!
