Ive found the bosch discs pretty good. About £40.

Hey try a Bosch grinder with the dust extraction guard. Cuts like a circular saw with base plate on it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B94okz7GHy4&sns=em watch the video that is how good it is with extraction on it.

you will really feel it cutting with an angle grinder. I'd go for a petrol cutter with water fed dust suppresion every time. Remember concrete dust can cause silicosis ( not sure that spelt right ) a respirotory disease, not just with you but anyone breathing it in. So you, your wife, kids and joe public are at risk. Food for thought.
