Ooh you don't see many with thumbs over here, did you get it new? Or did you fit the thumb?

How do you find the thumb, handy for trash and logs etc big stones but does it get in the way when deep narrow trenching.

bought the thumb from digbits and when i put it on it used to stick out on a fixed bar got in way when digging tight trenches so bought a second hand ram moved the top bracket up the dipper and now it folds nearly flat, find it really handy on drives can get 8 flags in bucket grab em and you dont drop any tracking up drive same with wood and concrete very handy and a lot cheaper and easier than putting on a grapple ???

yeah thinking of getting one for the big machine as well be demoing the family farm when planning is sorted so be that or grapple for sorting wood etc

i follow letsdig18 on youtube and on lawnsite his name is chris, he makes $000's of dollars a month of people watching his diggers videos on youtube, theyve just got a 14 ton volvo to match their 22 ton both with thumbs on, be cool to work in such a big rural place like carolina with so much work for machines

I used to have an old grafting spade which my nan bought me from a car boot sale. Chopping roots, fence holes, chopping borders, did me proud.

so many... any tool that makes the job easier is a blessing right? maybe my topcon laser level? or the cat scanner that has saved me a fortune over the years. my favorite tool has to be my snickers tool belt. not cheap but the best bit of kit with shoulder straps meaning when we are working with timber its all within reach. well recommended if you do work with the right application

... plus i feel like batman in it...
