we already tried the proper approach steve
I have heard "its only for 2 years " before and 15 years later its still there full of weeds etc.

we can only help daz if he accepts the correct advice

I should add that I contacted 2 local companies and both weren't interested in the job. Probably too small for them. If anyone know a company local to me in London, N20 then please let me know.

fair play steve, you are correct. We should try and help, not take the piss. Think that's a good quik fix till after the party daz'. Hopefully someone local will take you on and do a pro' job. I understand you not having the time, sometimes wish i could afford for work to be done but sadly, like a lot on here i have to plod on and find the time and money. Good luck with your party. I was in barnet today working daz, I could have swung by and gave you some sound advice
off to sunny bricket wood tommorrow
if you are going to do bark as a temp measure try and use a weed membrane
