It's a W-block, which are rarely used in Britain and Ireland. A couple of the bigger manufacturers hold the licence to manufacture this format (and the similar S-block) but they aren't interested in making less than around 1,000m² and so they tend to be used on larger commercial projects and manufactured to order.
I get at least 2 emails per week asking for these blocks. Existing areas need extending or repairs are required and contractors need maybe 10m² but just can't get hold of them. A batch of salvaged W-blocks became available last year and I persuaded a landscape supply specialist (Russell @ Ruscrete in Southampton, if you must know) to buy them up as he could store them in his yard and get at least 25 quid per m² for them, as they are such a scarce commodity. I don;t know if he has any left, but I know I've referred at least a dozen people to him over the summer.
