No not yet he has put the offer in and it's been accepted, he has also instructed a solicitor, but this has only happened in the last week or two max.

I have sent tony LLL a pm for some advice on the nicer parts.

My mates main problem is budget of max £145,

another guy I work with lives in Luton near to tesco by the hospital and is more than happy with his 2 bed for him his mrs and 2 kids that was £110, just before Xmas.

Thanks Simon

the poets area near the hossie aint too bad
also the katherine drive area
he can get a 3 bed terrace in south luton where i live for about £130
thing is if you buy in a bad area you may find it hard to sell

The old small arms factory was fun to explore way back. Probably houses now. Is enfield that expensive? Surely he can get somthing there for sensible money.
Good to cylcle on the Lea. Get to limehouse & thames easily.

thinking about it,it was 25 years ago
i remember sitting in the cafe when the news came through that ben johnson failed a dope test in the 1988 seoul olympics
the fairview flats on green street,we used to go to the cafe at 10 and in the izaak walton every day for 2 pints at lunchtime
there used to be another pub farther down that did strippers every day

Izak is still there betting shop one side over the level crossing is still a cafe, Enfield is crazy money now I had a one bed flat on eastfield road about 5 years ago that sold for £125, I've still got a 3 bed maisonette in Enfield that's now well over the £200, mark
Oh yer the other pub is shut down its being built on now, the small arms museum is still on the site not sure if its the original site though, and all flats and houses now called Enfield island village..
