lean into the load etc is the new way and as sean said it is the most painful thing you will ever watch. even had a lad come out and demonstrate it

Frustrating all the HSE courses I've done where some idiot who has never been in a gym is telling me how to lift heavy weights when I can deadlift 200kg.

Thats what ive always thought carberry, i used to go to the gym regularly and dead lift once a week, goes against all HSE safe lifting methods lol

i asked at a recent course and the load is whatever you can comfortably lift

Ask them if you have to wear high vis, bubblewrap and have 3 banksman when picking up a fat bird.
