I dont find this method any good on anything other than calibrated stone. Differing thicknesses call for a wetter mix

A much better bonding method is a mortar gauged with Ronafix and water, 1:1, and a primer/slurry of Ronafix mixed with cement, 1:1Ronafix

Simeon, you would have to go someway to convince me that it does the job any better than simple slurry and sbr.... I would understand if my system failed but its yet to happen

I love laying slabs/CBP soldier courses on a nice bed of 10mm gen1 oversanded semi dry mix - try lifting them the next day!! :angry:

sbr is the best thing ever invented IMHO i wish i had found it 20 years ago
