the problem for the neighbour is that he has a 1 car drive and when some fecktard parks there for 21 days he has to park elswhere
of course every house in my road averages 2 vehicles at least, so he has to park 50 yds away
no fun for a 77 yr old vicar with cancer
no one minds commuters parking to get the bus or train to london but 3 weeks was excessive
and it impacted my neighbours life
