A yard down here starts at 100k. The only way to do it is to develop a property with large garden and keep a lump foryourself as a yard and sell the property

he even lets me use his manitou!
You need a decent landlord, otherwise life can be very difficult.
Our previous landlord was too easy going to the detriment of the whole site. There were no rules and it was just a free for all. Made it very difficult to operate in. New landlord is much better. Hard but fair.

for the whole time i am in charge of it mark. I hate things being unorganised and untidy. I like to be able to find things, and know where everything is, plus make best use of space available.

Little imported 008. I had the very same machine a few years back, you cant beat them. How much do you use the avant? Ive been considering one for a while but want a tiltrotor first

That Tilty thread got you wanting one Dan? they do look awesome.
Is it sad that i like looking at pictures of peoples equipment and yards etc? Lads get some pictures wacked up, im going to sort a yard and workshop out this year, already gained some inspiration, that gantry and shelving of DDD's is going to be replicated somwhere in the northwest one day :p

I use it more than i thought i would. Got a sweeper collector for it that really does a good job. but it comes into its own round the yard for loading up crushed/sand etc. At the moment, i use it for moving tonne sacks of logs around.
don't you mean a tilt rotator?
