everyone can have an off day rab
I met the lady in question and she could not be more helpful

its nice if everyon sings off the same song sheet but when things get really busy ,its easy for people to go into meltdown

Rab and Tony are both right. I need to be careful, because I encourage the girls in the offcie to use the BC forum. As I said before its good too have the feedback from LPD because if you dont know its broke then you cant fix it
