Yeah, does make me "laugh" to see all the factory workers in our local town swarm out the public footpath outside said factories at 10.00.05sec AM for their fag breaks!!!!

Are they like the champix tablets, that the doctors can prsecribe you LLL? Ive been on those and they make you feel really sick. They were prescribed tho.....lol

after having the tabex sitting there for a month, i started yesterday
I had 3 tablets today and am coming up to 48 hours nicotine free
we shall see

good luck with it mate. I started on the champix on saturday morning and have smoked about 20 since.

Dan, I feel fine on them, no side affects at all and i`m also smoking a lot less, packet says stop on day 8-11 so thats when i`ll stop.
The only pain is remembering to take one, two from tonight.
:p

ive not smoked for a week and the key to my success.... the flu and invected tonsils haha, feel like death warmed up and last thing i want to do is smoke lol

i personally have know idea how many i smoke a day, hand roll them and have done for about 13yrs but its well over 20 a day.

I keep stopping for 18mths-2 years then starting again randomly
but was smoking 4oz of baccy a week recently
way too much
I always give up the day after a heavy session as i never fancy smoking after a good swallow
i think a major part is removing all paraphernalia i.e. lighters,matches ,rizla,ash trays etc from the house/van
these little tabex pills are doing it for me ,cravings are minimal so far

Good luck. Giving up fags was best thing i ever done. It only gets easier
