i used one bag last year that was about 5 months and 29 days old
it went off double quick
1 thing with easipoint is that you have to asses the material you are injecting it against
with some porous stuff it can go off fast and you will struggle to joint it

would it be cheeky to quote your price, saying i know someone thats getting it at this price. discount at bm's winds me up, i deal with buildbase and you get a different price deppending who you speak to. i just want the best price first time.

CHeers for all the info gents. I pointed the patio today with a 2:1 mix with a little cement dye and it went pretty well. It's looking pretty good now but I'm waiting for all of the mix to dry properly so it's the same colour. Assuming that this is good and solid then that's the patio done. Again, massive thanks to people in the thread and people who helped me out via PM.

Pics to follow in a few days.

At last, the images. I'm impressed with the end result. I thought a lack of grass would look sterile but it's nice.

It's certainly not up to a professional standard but then again it didn't cost me a fortune to do. All of the slabs are solid and the pointing has set rock solid with no crumbling. Massive thanks again for all the advice and encouragement. Without this forum I don't think it would look anything like this!

Pattern isn't good but the slabs look level, well laid, pointing looks good. I have seen far worse from so called professionals, you should be proud.

Good job heed. you took the advice on board as you went and even though it meant you had to do a lot more than you originally planned, you did it right.
