to get liquid tar you need heat, its a job for the companys who are kitted up to do it as the hot tar comes in a tanker then the gravel is spread using a lorry mounted spreader, best option is to sub-contract it out MSH
paving, mini-crusher, mini-digger hire and groundwork

As I thought; specialist work with specialist tools, equipment and dangerous materials.
The small area will be the main factor, you'll need to find a contractor who will do small areas.

Colas and the products you need are either patchmaster or leopave. both are squeeged onto a sound/clean tarmac surface and 6mm down chips broadcast on top.gjn groundworks wrote:Yes looking for a supplier of the liquid tar tralled the net but can't find a supplier
would a asphalt roofing supplier sell
You'll probably have to diy it, but should be able to get product off the shelf from your nearest colas depot.
