Patio black spot remover - Anybody used it ?

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

Has anybody had any experience of using Patio black spot remover or Patio black spot preventer ? They have a website www.patioblackspotremoval.com . I was wondering if it was any good before purchasing it .

Hypochlorite will work. I and others have used it to remove black lichen spots.

There was a thread a while ago from roger the resident cleaning and sealing guru.
