I didn't know you could still get Armillotox. It was supposedly banned a few years back, but it seems it's been 're-formulated'.
I'm not sure why it would promote white stains, unless it's initiated a bout of efflorescence. Is the stain powdery in appearance?
As LLL says, I'd strongly suspect it's a temporary phenomenon, so give it a couple of months to see if it weathers out.
