:0 We looked up the local restaurants (all charge a premium) on the council website, not one has a 5 star hygiene rating, one had one star. As chair of the local residents association :cool: I felt it my duty to inform all on the website, funnily enough, business has dropped off considerably since. :p

thing is you can get zero stars for quite weak reasons

a mate of mine had a cafe in a victorian building

because the loo was outdoors he failed to get a star as ppl had to walk through the yard to get to the loo

generally speaking brand new chain places get 5 because the buildings are purpose built
