If you have grey block paving, the Kandla Grey is the sandstone to choose.....
....but if I were in your shoes, apart from ruining me calves, I'd give serious consideration to Kota Blue limestone, a wickedly underused stone in Britain, which would work well with grey CBPs and has the added bonus of being the same type of stone as that on which much of Derbyshire is built. It's also more resistant to algae, lichens and mosses than many of the sandstones.

Thanks Tony for your help. I must say I didn't think I would be so engaged in the subject of paving and drainage etc but I've been working my way through this site which BTW is fantastic and in plain English, even better.
Now off to enjoy my bacon sandwich with a mug of builders tea whilst I read up on the joys of Sandstone.
Thank you again
