Hydraulic breaker such as the JCB Beaver portable yoke? Bloody hand tool, but you need to keep it well-maintained - any contamination in the HydOil reduces power and requires lots of repair work.
Not sure about the Wacker model as I've never used one, but I'll bet you'd get one on trial for a day if you asked. Do you know your local Wacker rep?
