Building sand or sharp sand - Paving

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

I am about to lay slabs in the garden but I am not sure whether Building Sand or Sharp Sand is the best base - can anyone advise please ? ???

I advise you read the main website, particularly those pages dealing with the types of sand and how to lay flags/slabs.
