A plug for "febtank plug" - Cellar flood.

Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

Used this stuff for the first time at home today - the Ronafix tanking we did 25 yrs ago has held up pretty well, but as the water table is now only a metre or so below FFL we had a sudden burst thru cellar wall. Express delivery of a tub of Febtank Plug, and stone me, it has done the job. Did not have high hopes, but am now in the missus excellent books..... the pump can handle the slow ingress - met office seems to say a bit of respite next week. Thinking of people who are really flooded out.

Probably just as well that they don;t have a product for stopping leaks in water butts! :p

I used a sililar product 'KA tanking slurry' to do a blockwork pond recently. I had never used it before and after applying thought there is no way this will work but its watertight and a lot neater than liners etc.
