Estimate paving garden - 8x8 m

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

Hi, any local guys that can give me a rough price flagging or block paving 8x8 flat garden.

Thinking of doing it myself but it's a bit daunting haha and as I price things up I'm wondering if it would be a lot easier and quicker to have a pro do it.

Can anyone give me a rough per square metre price you would charge paving/block

Local to where?

70-80 quid/m² for block paving
90-120 quid/m² for flagging

All plus yer VAT
