I intend laying (DIY) 20(ish) square metres of B&Q type block paving. I have a vintage car that marks it's terrritory -especially on driveways!
What options are there? - Cleanable blocks
- Impervious blocks
- Resin bonded (not too keen)
- Other
OK, a drip tray is the answer, but to err is to human!
What do you suggest for a tight budget?

Thanks

There are no oil-proof blocks, but you can render them oil-proof after laying by treating them with a quality sealant. I never recommend sealing any paving immediately after laying, normally, but known oil-drips could be an exception. However, if it were mine (I have a Shogun that owns shares in Castrol!), I;d rely on a drip tray for a few months; allow the jointing to settle and seal, and for the ff to work its way out, and then seal the blocks in the new year.
