I know that there are issues with some black paving fading and not looking good after a few years, does the Bradstone, StoneFlair, Charcoal Grey Granite paving keep it’s color well?

Most granites are reasonably light-fast. Some of the very dark ones which are more usually comandeered for kitchen worktops, do 'lighten' ever so slightly in permanent daylight, but the "Charcoal Grey" (I think you mean 'Graphite') which I think is G654, is as reliable as it's possible to be in terms of colour-fastness.

The usual problem with G654 is dimensional tolerances. The good stuff is ±1mm while the cheaper stuff struggles to achieve ±3mm, and that's on plan sizes!
