:( New property, new fibre glass septic tank, two 110mm soil stacks. One open through roof (furthest from septic). One with AAV Closer to septic. P traps under floor where sink wastes exit building. Smell from sinks when water is run down wastes.

Why is the sink trap under the floor?
Maybe the waste trap is to low and the water is getting syphoned out of it causing the smell to come through.

thats a common one sean
we have had it where the toilet getting flsuhed sucks the water out of the bath waste letting smells back in
as a stop gap keep your p traps full
the builder may have run the sink waste straight into the stack pipe
