After many months of deciding what to do we have decided to tarmac our drive I have had a few quotes varying from £5000 plus vat to £8000 which inc vat the area is about 120 sq mt the quotes were or remove slabs and replace with red tarmac with a double row of tegula blocks round drive and blocked in front on door and window

What would be a fair price based on stoke on Trent

I'd say about £6-6,500 + VAT.
Make sure it's red on red (red aggregate)
Also ask to see previous red jobs
