We have some black limestone arriving next week, just as the weather turns to a wet autumn!

Going to use Gftk VDW 840+ for joints.
Going to apply either Dry Treat, Lithofin Stain Stop or Weiss FT Plus to seal them.

Question is, when should I apply the sealant?
- store the slabs in the garage, allow to dry out and then apply before laying? Preventing any effo coming through?
- lay the slabs and hope for 2 dry weeks in sept/oct? (!!)
- lay the slabs, leave them alone until next summer?

Lay the slabs, and leave sealing till next spring/summer.
They will turn Grey over the winter, but easily got back to black with the correct sealer. Also leaving them to over winter, you will see if you have any problems etc, hopefully not though.
