Dot 'n dab disaster

Hi,

Recently, I decided to have some old crazy paving (about 120 sq m) removed and replaced with Indian Stone Flags. I bought the flags directly from an importer and engaged a contractor to lift the old stone, prep the area and lay the new stone.

After seeing the results of their first few sq metres of laying, I had to ask them to stop work as not only were they dotting & dabbing, they were doing so onto loose limestone chippings which they had laid without compacting! An object lesson in how not to lay flags.

So my question is, are there any professional outfits out there who will come & sort the job out for me? My postcode is BB3 1RG i.e. Darwen, Lancashire.

Well done on stopping the contarctors in thier tracks before it was too late. A lot of the contractors on the Brew Cabin are based in the North West, so I am sure you will have no problem in finding someone to come and do a proper job
