what happened with the concrete in the corner. the lorry dissapeared leaving the corner out, then the trusty neuson seemed to tip the last bit in. did they have to come back?

We were in a yard through the factory, no other access so first 11m3 off 4 wheeler and 6 wheeler. Last 1.5m3 off their 8 wheeler so with the 29 ton rto machine in the way think a bigger than 40 foot shipping container £500k machine.

They couldn't get the angle to backup to the slab so trusty neuson number 2 a 1001 model vs our 1000 neuson saved the day.

Timber was to drain into the concrete channel drain we now need to recast rd the slap as it got buried, there's some overflow from cooling system that has to drain constantly

Maybe not on your job but shouldn't the overflow coolant go into a cast in stainless steel aco channel ?

the eagle eyed among you will spot the manhole is an odd size. It was a rodding eye, and i found a smaller inset one online. much better than a 600 x 400
London stone delivered the slabs, and they were so well packed, only one broken one!

yes tony they are, and i like the smaller sizes. very easy to lay, and a doddle to level. Really nice slabs.
Cladding was ok, brought the adhesive locally as LSP do not stock anymore. It was VERY sticky when mixed, and sets hard as nails.trick was getting the first row in level. Had to prop them up to keep them there
