Hi
Does anyone know which appliances can be connected directly beneath the ground floor with a y junction. As I understand it is just small wash hand basins. All other items such as kitchen sinks,wc,s must go to external inspection chamber as I understand?
Thanks for the help

All below slab discharges should ideally go to a external chamber. All WCs must connect direct to a chamber. However, building control usually accept other connections where the risk of blockage is low, for example a shower or wash hand basin connecting to the main run using a Y, assuming that there is reasonable access above ground to jet down the line if there were a blockage.
I hope this helps!
