Advice with granite

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

Hi all i hope you can clear things up i have an area 5m by 3m to slab out with some nice 450 by 450 by 30 cut granite i intend to leave an area round the slabs and fill with decrative chippings sub base is laid and awating wacking as i will be doing most of the work alone is it best to shutter of a section then wack it and lay slabs or ??? the whole area is surrounded by walling so hopefully nothing will escape
