firstly hello this is my first post of probably many.
we are moving our bathroom from one side of our property to the other and need to put in new drains. i have no manholes on my property so would assume i have to go straight into the main sewer. would i be right in saying that i can do all the pipework up to the end of my property and then get the powers that be to connect me up?

There are methods for locating your existing drainage system within your boundary lines (CCTV Survey/Sonar Tracking) then falls permitting you can connect your new lines into it, the costs of excavating the road/footpath are high because the reinstatement has to be to highways specification which usually means big bucks.
