Here is a link to my problem inspection chamber (2) in the below link.
https://picasaweb.google.com/1082861....0659778
My problem is that I want to build a extension over the chamber, The two flow ins on the left come from my house and next doors over the drive. There is no way to rod except from this chamber.
Could I put a rodding eye marked in red, This would allow me to rod the main section but not the neighbours.
Advice gratefully accepted.

Thanks for the reply, I have all ready built over the drain with a garage a few years ago the IC(2) is inside the garage with a double sealed lid. Sorry didn't make that clear. BC passed it .
It will be inside the new extension when that's built so there will be no way of rodding it easily later on. Unless I Move it or have hatch in the floor or maybe a rodding point.
Suggestions welcome...
Thanks

Your trying to build over what I would assume is now a sewer maintained by your sewerage authority.
Its a shame you have not shown your house and your neighbours boundary on the sketch.
I was thinking if constructed a new chamber on the existing main sewer run near where you say "flow out" with another chamber between your connection and your neighbours connection. Then you wouldn't have any bends or shared sewer under your new extension.
You will most likely need to get the sewerage authority, building control and your neighbour all on board. Good luck.
