why the wet mix?
those flags look good,they almost look like old council greys
you must have laid 25-30 m2 in a day there?

the subbase steve is a variety of what we crushed

blinded in places

I have had to order 4 tonne of type 1 for tomorrow as all the crush is gone :(

hi tony there reclaimed York stone 2 foot sq. x 2 inch lovely wear and patina have used wet mix before and seeing your job .thought hey ho lets give it a go worked well 6/1 mix couple of taps with my fred Flintstone maul job done 25.5 m2 laid bit much on my own there heavy would have used my stone magnet but its in york :D

am going to slurry point them 6/1 clean of with belt cleaner .i did the ones outside the porch when pointing setts it was spot on will have video running and pictures :p p.s. found wet mix good when one person laying Image Image Image this yorkstone was£70 m2 plus vat

Please forgive me if im wrong but them setts look like they have some mortar staining on them, or is it just dust etc?

Lovely york stone flags, never seen them that size before. Approx £25.00 per flag.....worth every penny i reckon
