Fair comment. Looking forward to seeing that cladding. I have a small amount to do for a customer who chose the same stuff!

so catchup time

so in the area we planed the floor, repair a wall and added a column onto the end

Image

fitted some C channel over the other wall to protect the end from forklifts

Image

resin floor

Image

knocked this bad boy down, 10" block, metal tie straps all the way through it and filled with some lovely 5mm limestone chippings, salvaged 10 ton of them out of it

Image

Image

had to cut out and make good a few holes etc 2.5m3 in total
all gone

Image

had to break this bad boy out, gave them two prices one to just fill it or one ot break it out, they wanted it out. took some getting out all tied into the slab

Image

now all racked out

Image

got the 600 plus tons levelled out on the tip site from the big new build

started this knock through steel frame building, 4 walls to come down, 6mx3.5 metre steel opening to install

structural scaffold on the knock through wall, other walls scaffolded start at the top then work down, 9 inch walls in hard cheshire's, every 4 course a header course. hard going,

walls are 6m wide by 8m high, no dust in the factory so got it sealed up

Image

needled

Image

Image

Image

Image

encased the 3 10" water mains in concrete after leaks fixed then mass filled it with 14m3

Image

Image

the house we stayed at in rochester, new york state he'd just had this done. nice bit of pic and the stone concrete wall work was nice as well no mortar all glued together.

probably the safest place for asbestos, its what bankrupted the original company

theyve not used it for more than 15 years and they're are 4 teams from asbetos company on site 7 days a week and have been for 7 years

they are shit hot on it, they inspect everything before work commences and so many health and safety policies regarding it

chatting to the old boys here they used to have moutains of the stuff and the lads say white asbetos made great snow balls that they used to hurl at each other!!!!

they say it with a kind of knowing disbelief, they burried 1000 odd tons of it in an old quarry nearby
