When it comes to manholes there seems to be two different types of stupidity.
One where someone has spent time creating a nice cover, then later some tosser comes along and can't be bothered to put it back on properly. That's just disrespectful.
The other is when someone can't be arsed to create a proper cover in the first place. How sad.
