I have an Edwardian garden wall with bricks on top of quarry tiles as coping. The coping bricks are very badly spalled so I would like to replace them with (semi?)engineering bricks. I can only find wire cuts rather than frogged at my usual suppliers (TravisP, Wickes, Jewsons) can anyone suggest somewhere else? I think the wall ends would look nicer in brick rather than a cement render - if that's the term. Also can you get 'weathered' engineering bricks so they dont stand out too much on an old wall? Thanks.

Look in your local Yeller Pages for a "Brick Library" - they have samples of thousands of different types of bricks, but only a limited stock of the more popular items. They bring in what you order on request.

Obvious - now you've said it! I've found one in Swindon. Many thanks.
