I always strive to do the best job I can, but have never done anything 100% perfect to the OCD
the planting makes a big difference, in my youth I wanted to do landscaping (soft) but never had an opportunity

yeah I do indeed know where you are coming from but we always assess what we do and could we of made any improvements or change something to make it look better which are then stored between my ears for the next time

if you recall Steve I asked you last year how to re shape stone and I made further inquiries into buying a portable machine, I was going to reshape them to a smooth curve on the inside and to remove the segmental look on the outside but it was the time involved and cost

I advised the customer that shaping the coping could be carried out but they are happy with the end result

I do recall it Mick. Curving the coping stones would add to the cost and especially on that job as there is a hell of a lot of them. I know that the fairstone sawn range has got a sandblasted finish but does the actual bulllnose also have a sandblasted finish? If so then there is also the added task of having to re-sandblast any addtional profiling that you may carry out on site

What do you think of the weatherpoint 365? Or is the opinion an obvious one? I might give it a go.

Used GFTK vdw800 again last week to joint a patio, love the resin slurrys and polymerics, so much easier.

there are 54 coping in total which was a considerable cost to re shape, add the bull nose back on plus add the texture too

I like the weatherpoint due to the coarse texture, GFTK is also a good product but I think the grain of sand is to fine - just a personal preference really
