Has anyone had any problems with Rompox Easy?

Used it for the first time and it has failed. First, it left spots of resin all over the stone but this is fading. Secondly and fundamentally
it has not gone off in places after about three weeks. You can easily dig it out with a key. Going to have to rake out and repoint. Going back to old school tried and tested sand and cement. I've read some positive things about the resin mortars but once bitten twice shy!

I have never used it, but I sell a lot of it, never had a complaint that I could not explain, ie not putting enough in.
There is a new wholesaler for it now, give them a call to see what is wrong.

I'm not happy with my Rompox Easy.
I might be a diyer but I spent a lot of time pushing into the joints and finish with a brick jointer but it's still weak and is eroding away. I'm convinced it's the Rompox Easy and not me at fault.
I've heard the two part resins are much better but when I eventually get around to it I'll replace with a 'gunned in' cement based product.

Only used the professional one not the DIY one, never had a problem.

What was joint width, depth

Was it within date range?

What was the weather when installed?

I would only use the two part resin types myself. Neater and much longer lasting than sand and cement plus it's quicker and not on your hands and knees! Infact I haven't used sand and cement for about 6 years I think and no problems with joints at all.

I'm probably wrong but the single parts are IMO a better geo fix but not much more.

Joint width etc was all by the book. It was a sunny day, the date could be an issue- I'll check the bucket.

I've obviously been a bit ignorant to the fact that this is a non professional product. I didn't know about single and two parts. Still, the DIY version shouldn't fail or even be substandard otherwise what's the point?
