Hi, I'm hoping I can get some good advice on preparing my back garden for laying slate tiles
I'm currently digging out 35m2 area to a depth of about 200mm so I can lay a 75-100 mm of mot type 1 sub base
Then I would like to know the best way to lay the 20-30mm slate tiles?
Thanks in advance

personally i would get the type wacked to within 60-75mm of the FFL
then knock up a wet 6:1 mix with a dash of sbr per mix (circa 50ml)
finally lay flags to levels,1 flag at a time
