Nice use of the stone LLL, Sett border works really well. Did you seal it?
Dont like the way that top crates was stacked. Was that one of our drivers?

i guess so steve,I wasnt there when it was delivered but a pallet company couldnt stack them 2 high
no harm done just a ballbreaker getting the top ones out
the gunpoint worked really well apart from 1 bag full of lumps, didnt realise till we started mixing and then its too late
It may be sealed but its unlikely to be me

cheers LLL :)

What was the m2 of the patio and how long did it take you with the pointing gun and finger trowel to finish? Setts dont look very thick or is it an illusion?

Whats in the mix you are using?

think it is around 48m2 it an uneven shape so we ordered 52m2
the pointing gun and jointing took 4.5 hrs 3 men
dozy mixing and filling tubes (messy job need loads of clean water and cloths to keep everything clean)
sleepy squirting the gear in carefully ( 10mm joints)
and dopey jointing up, as 1 bag had been applied it was almost instantly time to start jointing
took 4 bags to do 48m2 (tight joints but mainly 20mm deep)
setts are tumbled and are 100 by 100 by around 30mm

all laid on half a bag of dust and 12 shovels of OPC with a glug of SBR and water
cheers LLL

Just emailed the supplier to find out the cost, but not sure how it comes off. It seems to have a pin, but does it just knock out.?
