I reckon that was a leftover/oddment from another paved area that was 'put' into the border area. No bugger will notice it there!

She had driveway put in after the lampost installation, apparently. The council took away the street parking, leaving residents no option but to pave their drives. She is applying for retrospective planning removal.

Best of luck, as they say...... ???
