our next big job weve taken over this site from some clowns whove been on it 8 months and done nothing, those sheet piles only went in two weeks ago after i visited site with the architect and they had a 3 m upsorted wall of earth with the machine sat ont he edge and men below, the piling they done if i dare call it that is those thin 3mm trench sheets and then slid 12mm ply between them. then the other bit are those k deck ones for concrete floors!! bringing my 10mm 6m ones down

we got to rip out all they done tidy the site up and do all the groundworks then my mates firm is doing the build, these guys were 16k cheaper than him on the build but they were meant to have finished by now. all they have done is a mot blind and a concrete oversite, mot was 300mm compacted theyve got 50mm uncompacted crusher run and the house is in the wrong place. putting the 16 tonner in there next week and sorting it out

yesterday started this at my sisters house, wants her back garden doing as well but so busy with proper paying work gonna have to but her on hold which she aint gonna like.

We've been really busy past couple of weeks. Everyone I speak to now also seems to be flat out. Looks like silly season has started.
Luton, I have just done a similar job at my place. Removed 2 chimmneys top to bottom. I just need to repair the holes in the roof and do the leading now. Only problem is one of the chimmneys, the scaffolders put the poles tight to where the lead work will be so will need to remove one of the scaffolds first. Whats that stuff you used instead of felt?
